What we collect
Trace24h does not require an account to use. When you search a tracking number, we send that number to our tracking data providers to retrieve shipment status. We do not store your tracking numbers on our servers beyond what is needed to display results to you.
Your browser stores a small list of your recent searches locally on your own device (using local storage) so you can quickly re-check them. This data never leaves your device and is not visible to us.
Cookies and advertising
If this site displays advertisements (for example, through Google AdSense), our advertising partners may use cookies to show relevant ads. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings or opt out of personalized advertising via Google's Ads Settings.
Analytics and Cookies
Trace24h uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with our website. Google Analytics collects information such as:
- Pages visited and time spent
- Country and language
- Device type (mobile, desktop, tablet)
- Referral source (how you found us)
This data is anonymized and helps us improve our service. We do not collect personal information such as your name, email, or exact location.
You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
For more information, please read Google's Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
We use tracking APIs to retrieve shipment data from third-party providers. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies. We may also use a translation service to provide Arabic-language support.
